Welcome to Buffalo Suya Lounge. By accessing and using our website, services, and products, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions “Buffalo Suya Lounge” refers to our company, including our website and services.

“Client” or “You” refers to any individual or business engaging with our services.

“Services” include website design, branding, graphic design, social media management, digital marketing, and related solutions.

2. Use of Services Our services are provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information for any service request.

Unauthorized use of our website or services may result in termination of your account and legal action.

3. Payments & Refunds All projects require an initial deposit before work begins.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except under exceptional circumstances.

Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property Buffalo Suya Lounge retains ownership of all design concepts until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use the final designs.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for their project in a timely manner.

Buffalo Suya Lounge is not responsible for any legal issues arising from copyrighted materials provided by the client.

The client is responsible for maintaining and updating their website after final delivery unless a maintenance package is purchased.

6. Revisions & Approval Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Once a project is approved and delivered, further changes will be considered a new project and billed accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability Buffalo Suya Lounge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific results, such as increased traffic or sales, from website development or digital marketing services.

8. Termination of Services Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

If the client terminates a project before completion, all work done up to that point must be paid for.

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms or abusive behavior.

9. Privacy & Data Protection Buffalo Suya Lounge respects your privacy and follows strict data protection policies.

Personal data collected is used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a Canadian court of law.
